It seems that ANA confidence in the 787 delivery is edging away, according to Flight . Whilst the first batch of 787's are due to head to Japan in late 2010, ANA is readying itself to recivie them a full quarter later in 2011.
ANA is doing this in case of another slip up with the 787 project - and lets face it, there's been a few of them have happened on this project on the way to delivery.
Boeing of course is putting on a very positive face, and expects the time-scales to be correct, however the 787 is running 2 and 1/2 years late from first promised delivery - to the point where airlines are ordering more 767 series aircraft to tide them over.
There's still a lot to run before the first 787 is in the sky with paying passengers....
