Diamond Club Problems - To fudge up a database once is careless, to fudge it up multiple times takes class...

It seems BMI's is having one heck of a little SNAFU with the online Diamond Club.

When you try and log in, you might see this

 

  • Not good to see - after a day. 
  • Not good to see after two days. 
  • Worrying after three days. 
  • We're now on FIVE days.
There have been rumours of some datacentre issues, and other data issues, but again, the communication from BMI has been just the screengrab - and that's it.

Whilst IT issues are always to be expected, Business Support must exist in these cases - least of all some communication and updates. The fact that that login box warning is the only thing showing a mite of remorse varies between downright embarrassing to clear stupidity.

Yet another line of FAIL from Lemming Airlines BMI....
